The founder
Dr.LaylaTuqaz
Founder of Yoga Vista | Yoga Teacher and Lead teacher.
Dr. Layla Tuqaz was born in Kuwait on August 7, 1968. She began her yoga journey at the age of 37, and what started as a personal journey gradually evolved into a lifelong passion and professional mission dedicated to the study, practice, and teaching of yoga.
She studied in Goa and Mysore, taught in India and Bali Ubud, and in 2022 founded Yoga Vista, a Yoga Alliance accredited school, to train Arab women as yoga teachers — beginning in Kuwait.
